More people=more tax.
How does this policy mean more tax? Permit holders and citizens pay the same tax. Well except for the military obligation …

You know what squatters want when they get older and make some money? Some sort of luxury community living... clean, legal, lots of rules to arrange ownership... I wonder if they would want to live close to the sort of kids they have been 20 years ago.

I love ideas like this in theory, but that's way too many people up in my business. I would be miserable fast ...

It's a great concept, sharing space, but also not for me in the way they've done it - the individual towers are too open for my taste, I'd rather my personal space was more enclosed and private. I'd also put the bedroom upstairs, workspace downstairs, unlike the examples I saw in the pics.

I could see this being more comfortable for me if there was something like the capsule hotel "rooms" - so a big communal space, with individual work spaces, and then the sleeping/personal areas were the capsules - just make them bigger than the hotel ones, with nice windows.
Another option I'd like would be mini-apartments within the hall, more substantial than the towers (I think I like the movable option, too - if somebody moves in that you'd like to be closer to, roll over towards them; if your nearest neighbours are too loud, roll as far away as possible).
