Surely if "second hand" is going to still be an acceptable term it should be for watches?
I would argue that it can cause confusion with some older watches which may be second hand, but have no second hand.

Is there anywhere in CH like Hatton Garden in London or 47th street in New York where you can just walk in to a store and immediately buy any of the Rolex or other luxury brand watches on display?
Dack, please walk into some Rolex-selling stores in CH to ask if they have anything you can buy and let us know how you get along. In the absolute best case you may end up the proud owner of a yellow-gold Rolex Cellini that no-one else wants to buy.

Almost no-one says second-hand any more, it's become an outdated British English description. People now generally either say "used" or "pre-owned".

I think the days of just walking into a shop and buying the watch you want are long gone. Unless you decide to go for a Swatch

Actually not the case. Most boutiques from most brands will sell you something happily. A friend just walked in and bought a Fifty Fathoms earlier this year. Try walking into a store and getting an Omega x Swatch, or a Blancpain x Swatch and it's not sure you'll get what you're looking for...

There are a couple of brands that are (or appear to be) scarce, but generally you can buy what you want...

British English is the only English - all else are colonial dialects

Gies a break Jimmy. There is no such thing as British English. There is BBC English and Oxford English, both of which are dying a natural death.

So what you actually meant was 'Are there any grey market retailers in CH?' because if you walk into those other locations and want to (or able to) buy a Rolex immediately of your choice, then it won't be from a Rolex AD.

I will skip watching the TikTok crap (shudder), but the Cellini range is commonly known as the least popular of Rolexes models.
