Retirement in Portugal

Hi mates,

- Could any of you recommend an immigration lawyer for Portugal?
- Any reccomendations on the 50+ communities, nursing homes where the medical centers/ facilities are near by and no need to Commute to the city?

thank you in advance.

Re: Retirement in Portugal

I recently got my Portuguese citizenship. My lawyer in Portugal below could probably help. They speak English.

Re: Retirement in Portugal

Is an immigration lawyer really necessary to retire in Portugal?

Does one have to stand before a judge?

OP's profile indicates US citizenship. Maybe non-EU citizens have to meet certain criteria in order to retire in the EU?

One way that I learnt is through showing enough passive income, so-called "Portugal D7 visa". Pretty affordable.

OP can have a look at this.
