Market on Fraumunster

Last Friday there was a food market on Fraumunster (on the right side of the bridge between Bellevue and Birkliplatz) There were fruit and veg stalls, fish mongers and the cheese makers (blessed are the cheese makers)

I saw it from the tram, sadly I was on the way to work so I couldn't stopfor a visit.

Does anyone know if it's worthwhile a visit and with what frequency it occurs?

Re: Market on Fraumunster

Hi, Gooner
I like the market on Bürkliplatz you refer to, because it offers a broad variety of products, very fresh and with a good quality. I especially like their selection of local flowers and plants when spring begins, and generally, I prefer buying local products rather than fruit that have travelled around the globe. Also, some of the people there are very friendly.
So, yes, do stop by and enjoy.
Britta
