To all EF'ers, past and present

THANK YOU TO THOSE ON THE ENGLISH FORUM THAT HAVE SUPPORTED THE COMEDY OVER THE LAST THREE YEARS.

ESPECIALLY NANDA.

BUT MAINLY MARK.

TO THOSE WHO DOUBTED, TEASED, ABUSED AND TRIED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE I CAN SAY NOTHING TO YOU OTHER THAN YOU ARE TAKERS, NOT GIVERS. NAY-SAYERS NOT CAN-DOERS. EXPLOITERS NOT CONTRIBUTORS.

I'M HAPPY BECAUSE MY WORK IS BEING RECOGNISED IN SOME QUARTERS RIGHT NOW AND I ONLY WANTED TO EXPRESS SOME THANKS TO A FEW FOLK HERE AS THEY HAVE BEEN CORE SUPPORT SINCE I STARTED. YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE AND YOUR SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGEMENT HAS BEEN IMMEASURABLE TO ME.

AND NO MORE SHOUTING. OK? ; )

really....you lot, can't ever say anything without being ribbed and teased, and yes, late night proselytising beer posts should be banned and indeed, at THIS particular moment in time I am seeking a GOOD PR....anyone?

Re: To all EF'ers, past and present

Did you win an Oscar? I can't think of another reason for such an "acceptance speech" of a post at 2am on a Thursday morning.

Having read and re-read your post I still don't know what you are on about. The linking to a 5 year old news article is particularly perplexing as is your claim to be the "baddest boy on the block". (your reputation is glowing compared to some)

Anyway, congratulations

Jekyll

**EDIT**
Since the "baddest boy on the block" has rewritten his original post, my post above doesn't make too much sense.

Not too sure what the deal is here either, but who cares, as long as we keep getting the quality of comedians over here we are at the moment!

Are you now living in a 5 bedroom penthouse on the Goldcoast? If not then you are still an expat noob. Next time don't write such a long post, instead use the time to earn more CHF so you can afford that penthouse I was telling you about Oink oink

There should be a rule about posting when drunk.

*** and editing posts when you sober up so that they are totally different***

If ever someone should employ a professional PR...

Nah. No such luck. In fact I'm probably the only expat who ever came to Zurich that started life here in Kreis 6 just shy of the Gold Coast and have ended-up right round the 'other' side on the 'Old' Coast.....mind you, it's got everything any oldie could ever need in their dotage round here, an Irish pub with a heart to sink a few beers in and the biggest house of ill repute in town a few minutes down the road to totter to for afters ; )

Bring back Tim Fitzhigham and I will give you glowing reviews. Honestly, after living here for almost 30 years, it's so good to have some English Comedy besides the ZCC. Thank you for helping us to keep our sense of humour going. C

Yay! Love comedy nights. Get Craig Campbell in again - he made me laugh beer through my nose.

I think drunk posting should be encouraged, and the edit button removed for posts made between midnight and 6:00 It's a feature that was also used here

Cheers Laundry Man, I'll make sure to drop by at an event in the second half of the year, promise
