a belated all the best. I hope you had a good birthday and celebrated well. Are you doing well? Thank you so much. Quick question : would you like to do something together? kind regards

hey yeah, I'm doing well, and you? Did you have a good day? Yes definitely, at the moment I have a lot on but afterwards I'd love to do something together.

I hope you can enjoy the sunshine ! Do you have exams ? Get in contact as soon as you have time and want to .

dunno, the person writing these messages quite likes the person they're intended to . All depends on context as always.

Re: Swiss German to English translations

This is some very silly Swiss German, by the way...

ja vou, ha aube chli dusse glase. und du hesch z'schone watter gnosse?

Yes, wow, I was outside a few times to read some stuff, and you, did you enjoy the beautiful weather?

Pruefige hani ersch im juni, aber muess Arbeite abga...

My exams are just in June but I have to deliver some other papers until then...

u ha nachst wuche e sitzigsmoderation woni 2 lektione lang e diskussion muess leite. vor dam hani scho iz angst.

And next week I have to moderate a meeting, two hours, which scares me a little bit...

super machi maude mi weni ds dureha...

Great, Maude, we will do that when I've finished it all... (or something like that...)

hey?. ha mis zug dure. wenn wei mr opis mache

Hey? I just finished my stuff, when could we do something together?

heey huera geil. isch guet gloffa?

Hey, super cool. It worked out really well?

ja vou, has zwar nid so zGfuu gha, abr schins ischs guet gsy. Houptsach ig has andlech dure hihi

Yes, wow, I kind of felt I f*** up everything, but it seems I succeeded in the end. Main thing is I finally finished that stuff, hihi.

Re: Swiss German to English translations

Friend ask me to find out, because it was his intention to propose at New Years but he found these two days. I told them it's probably nothing, but then again I don't speak Swiss German.

Remains to be seen. I'm leaning on the side of it being nothing, but don't want egg on my face if I tell them not to worry about the messages.
