Great Customer Service - Krups

It seems that we have a complaints corner but not a corner to congratulate a company when they do something good.

We just bought a Krups food processor at the Brockenhaus which naturally didn't come with a manual. I emailed Krups and despite the fact that the machine was so old (over 20 years) and they didn't have the manual in a computer format, the customer service guy, scanned an original manual and emailed it through to me. All in the space of a day and a half...

Firstly I would recommend Krups because the food processor is still going strong 20 years after being built and secondly because the company went that extra bit to provide quality customer service... Well done Krups.

Re: Great Customer Service - Krups

As this is not a complaint, I thought I'd move it to Daily life...

Its a pleasure to read something positive regarding customer service. I do believe that it does exits... its just not always easy to find!

Thanks for the cheery anecdote

Re: Great Customer Service - Krups

I had very much the same experience with Krups too. I 'adopted' my neighbours espresso machine when her son bought her a new one. No manual. As in portsmouth68's case, the machine was ancient enough to have been the one Noah used in the ark.

I got in touch with the firm and received a photocopy of the instructions.

Real customer service.
