Great Customer Service - Krups
It seems that we have a complaints corner but not a corner to congratulate a company when they do something good.
We just bought a Krups food processor at the Brockenhaus which naturally didn't come with a manual. I emailed Krups and despite the fact that the machine was so old (over 20 years) and they didn't have the manual in a computer format, the customer service guy, scanned an original manual and emailed it through to me. All in the space of a day and a half...
Firstly I would recommend Krups because the food processor is still going strong 20 years after being built and secondly because the company went that extra bit to provide quality customer service... Well done Krups.
