Yes, the 3 Rang Links got a little heated. I sit beside the away team entrance and learned a few new words last night listening to the words directed at the Zug players.

The goal was called back because Jan Alston allegedly slashed the Zug goalie, this goes on a lot without penalty but they seemed to be looking at things they could do us for in the second. I was surprised when I saw the telegram, we only got 5 minors called against us. Seemed like more, maybe because they were almost all in the 2nd. The bench was against Sean, he was furious.

What I love is how they never show the replay on the big screens so there can never be any further controversy.

It definitely wasn't a poor call, in fact it was a great call. Well spotted. Just because these things don't get called as much as they should, doesn't mean it should have been let go

I have changed my socks for today but the lucky NHL socks will be back on again tomorrow and I shall be at the Herti! Hopp Zug!

Thermal socks are they?

You could get trench foot in that place. Still warmer than the Valascia though.

Nah, just normal ones

I LOVE going to the Herti when it's cold!! It feels wrong watching hockey in a warm arena.

Well this is it tonight, do or die. The Zett's last chance to derail Zug.

For those of us who aren't going to the Herti the game will be shown on SF2 instead of Teleclub.

A member of the ZSC management team is in trouble with the league after questioning the ref's neutrality to head ref Reto Bertolotti.

Aren't you going to be doing that next year? They're building the new Herti next to the old one. Ironically the Zett are looking at building a more traditional rink at Altstetten, they seem to have had enough of being messed around by the Hallenstadion. I suspect that having to play the semi and final of the CHL at Rappi won't have helped.

Yep, I will be. Already paid for my season ticket next year

Oh and I loved the "derail Zug" comment, very subtle

Should be a great game tonight and it will probably be even more physical than the previous 4 games.

Meh. Important win for you guys after the 2 losses you had. We still need to play 0.500 hockey to make sure as I think that 8th spot in the West is gonna be tight. It's going to come down to the last couple of games and spots 3-9 are playing pretty well. It's only really the Sharks and BlackHawks that have their spots sewn up.

I really hope the Avs work out how to play D in their own zone - they played some terrible defence in the flukey 5-3 win vs the Blues on Tuesday night.

Time for a new set of superstitions! ZSC really brought it tonight, Zug didn't. Far too many breakaway goals on Markkanen and just not enough intensity from Zug. Yet another shortie on us didn't help - it's getting ridiculous now.

Not a happy Mikey here!! Well done to ZSC, on to the Hallenstadion on Saturday now.

Snell needs a few anger management classes though. Tossed twice in 2 games, he might pick up a suspension for that one (knee hit)
