If you get to go see the Leafs...now there's a great game.
| | | | | Not seen those words together in a while - typical Laughs fan Still loving that Kessel trade?
Going to Denver in November to see the Avs and I can't wait. My first trip there and got a 3 game homestand to go to. Woot!

Yeah I'm not gonna lie, big fan---havn't bother to watch a game in ages. But fun to get back in the spirit again.
I can't wait for november. Going to try and catch Leafs-Sabres, Knights-Storm and the Heat-Bulldogs for one epic weekend back if it works out.

Ok I've got a question,,,,,,,,
I've just come back from Canada where I managed to get tickets and catch a Canadiens game.
It was a pre-season against Minnesota Wilds.
The crowd were soooooooo quiet.
Is this usual???
I know it was pre-season.
I know it was the Wilds (who were TRUELY aweful).
But I'm not kidding the only time there was even a mutter from the crowd was during the 2 fights, and when the jumbotron told us to 'make,,,,some,,,,noise!!'
The only chant that went around the Bell centre was one rendition of 'go habs go.'
Is this a usual hockey crowd??
I was expecting like a premier league football (soccer) game, with the crowd shouting and abusing the opposition and officials, with clever and ingenious rhyming chants.

Definitely won't be getting any of this. Hockey fans are far too passionate to reherse and choreograph song numbers.
You probably just got a lame game---If you want the abusive fans, head to a junior game and listen to 40 y old fat ladies scream vulgarities at teenage boys. Quite breathtaking!

Ah, those silly Toronto and Deadmonton fans are at it again.
One loss and your standing is lost.
Let's talk in Jan so that we have a better assessment.

Looking forward to the early games today! Go Isles (with El Nino) and go Pens! It's been a great start to this NHL season and I am really looking forward to my Avs game against the Flyers tonight - another late night beckons...
