on-line purchases

What rights do I have as a consumer after purchasing a Samsung flat screen from an on-line dealer? I have paid the money, they have verified the purchase but I have no delivery date. I have called them 5 times as well as emailed them 4 times and I receive no reply. When I ordered it I spoke with them and they said it would be the first week of February. I ordered it from Lithio GmbH in Reinach.
I first ordered the TV from Microspot.ch and through an interpreter learned it would be March before the TV arrived so I cancelled my order and went with Lithio.
How can I find out anything about my TV? Can they hold onto my money with no TV in-sight?
