Hi everyone

Get a form from your insurance company, fill it in, sign it and submit it.

Get them to organise repairs - that's what you pay them for.

Photos useful in case "stories" change later.

If you're doing it yourself... good luck.

Re: Car accident advice

Make sure that you have your insurance, your registration, etc.

When you are ready to fix the car, make sure the car only fixes things
that they are authorized to fix.

Why? A lady ran into my car with hers, and caused damage. My
car already had some unrelated scratches and dings.

The garage fixed things unrelated to the accident, and her
insurance company rightfully didn't pay for the other dings.
I had to pay for the work to the tune of 1200 CHF because
I only have liability insurance.

Good Luck!
