I'm left handed too but I don't and never have turned the page like that. I write like the mirror image of a righty. It doesn't look like I'm writing lefthanded because it's the mirror image of how a right hander writes. Some left hand writers look so wierd or awkward with the hook writing or having the paper turned sideways.
While your writing posture doesn't give you away as a left-hander, your actual writing probably does. See here. Turning the paper gives lefties away whilst writing, but the finished product then looks quite similar to right-handed writing.

If I am competing in some type of sporting event I won't cut my hair for a month before. I don't know why, maybe it's because I am like Samson......

Oh no, ok, it's my weird thing, then. I actually like to start working as soon as possible, 5am, or so. Night shifts in hospital were great, I love early mornings when all is quiet. It buggs me things start so late here, 9ish.

well. Younger, I used to walk in the street visualizing a bubble of Light around me. Every people walking in that bubble was blessed just because of Light.

Some years later the bubble turned to an armor. To protect me.

Have you ever D&D? That's what role playing does to some...I enjoyed the Dungeon and Dragon thing for years, but have to say, most people who were in it were pretty...strange..They carried the game IRL.

Well, I'm left-handed and in the link you gave, my left-handed writing style is exactly the same as the right-handed one and totally unlike all the left-handed examples.

I'm not sure what that says. Probably says more about the article than about me.

I don't mean to hijack, but to all the left handers, Manor sells all there is to use for writing and cutting, etc for left handed people, including special left handed notepads that seem very different, I haven't figured it out. All the left handed kids in my classes position their arm and not turn the notepads.

I used to do the night shift. 7pm to 7 am. it is ok, being the whole night working (except for ur brain cells dying).

But day shift starting at 7am it is just painful for me, I Mean I cannot live doing 4 hours sleep.

I fell once while going up the escalator and I've kept away from them ever since. Took me half an hour before I hit the bottom.

Those are just general examples - there are always exceptions to the norm.

So if your writing does not slant to the right (as a right handed writer's does) and not to the left, what does it look like? Straight up and down?

BTW, here's an interesting video about left handed writing.

I live with 2 left handers and am ambidextrous myself.

Ah-- I *knew* there was something superior about me.
This is just how I write...

On the subject of other strange habits, I have a problem that the soles of my feet often get overheated. Normally that just means I stick my feet out from the blanket. But in college when I had a loft bed I used to sleep with the soles of my feet against the ceiling to cool them down.

Apparently most people fall asleep much easier if they cool their peripheral nerves..Works with me, too, makes me calm.

Really? OMG! I'm not an early morning person, 9am is perfect for me. I used to work the overnight shift and slept in the afternoon. I loved getting off work when everyone else was trying to go to work, and I loved being the only one out shopping that early etc because everyone else was at work.

Yeah, my writing does not slant to the left either.

Good video! I write almost like the preferred writing style in the video except my hand does not angle down quite as much. Yeah my writing is straight up and down, no slant at all. The only time I slant the paper is for writing in cursive, then I have to slant the paper the way right handers do and then kind of write upside down, that makes the cursive writing look like a right hander's writing. But I prefer printing and I write straight up and down with the paper slanted left, in mirror image of right handers. It's funny because on forms where I have to print my name then sign it, I slant it left to print then flip the paper around and slant it right to cursive write. Hhaha!

Yeah I hate to sleep with anything on my feet like socks or something, only when it's like freezing will I wear socks but in normal circumstances I like my feet bare and I like to feel the sheets on my bare feet. I can't stand sleeping in socks I don't see how some do it.

For me, the diagram of the paper and pen position of the right-hander and the slant of the writing is what I do but, I write with my left hand.
