Looking for a website or something that lets u collect donations in CHF and can make the final donation to a Swiss charity...

The last website a friend used was taking a nice commission from his sponsorship. Why not collect the money yourself and donate yourself? That would leave more money for the charity.

For the charities lokalhelden.ch might be the best.

https://www.copalana.org/ourstory is Swiss based, but appears to want you to be a 'non-profit organisation' to make use of their platform. That is perhaps a way to have some vetting of the people shaking the donation bucket. Their website doesn't make it obvious how to start your own event, but I've donated to a sponsered bicycle ride using it in the past.

Strange. They say they are a registered Verein in Lucerne.
But a Zefix search does not show any registration in Switzerland
