I am quite confident that he will win the major thing in court. Sure, some of his numerous affairs became public knowledge, but him being a rapist ? no

Right now he's playing cards with Tiger Woods

The Mannheim District Court has this morning declared Swiss Meteorological star Jörg Kachelmann innocent of the rape charges. The Court decided the evidence submitted was not sufficient.

I feel very sorry for the lady. She will never have another boy friend again!

The lady will have to wait a few weeks or months until the matter vanishes from the headlines. Mr Kachelmann is legally innocent now, but obvious is that he had far too many women at the same time, and apparently at times was far too rough. He now can re-start business, but on the personal level, he has to do some re-considerations. And I expect him to keep personal visits to Germany at a minimum in future.

Whatever, I am happy for the man
