Auris relocation: anyone used them?

Thumbs up or thumbs down? Need to be prepared to know who I will be dealing with.

using them now as i am in the process of relocating. seem pretty good, but i am using them as a corporate client, so not sure if that would be different. have been quick to respond to emails, even considering the time difference (in the US, relocating over to Zurich).

Hope this helps!

Thanks! I'm just starting the relocation process: UK to Zurich. Heard that some relocation companies are not on the ball with the property search.

I did the same, and just realised these agencies are too slow for the market, I suggest you do your search in paralel www.homegate.ch

Re: Auris relocation: anyone used them?

My work colleague and I used Auris when relocating to Switzerland this summer. We were assigned two different Auris representatives. Mine was excellent in every way. My colleague's was only average, at best. So I think it depends in large part on the particular Auris representative you get. If you want to send me a private message I will give you the name of the Auris representative who helped me, who I highly recommend.

Oh, I am looking believe me, but I feel I need them for when I apply. E.g. to speak to the landlord and reassure them. But they require 48 hours to reply I was told. When there's a good flat 48 hours is like a century! It will be gone by the end of the day.
