Employment Lawyer needed Zurich area

Hi all,

I tried the search function but got nothing for the Zurich area.

Am asking for a friend, who would like to contact an employment lawyer to get some clarification on terms and condition of her current limited time contract. German or English speaking is fine as she is fluent in both.

Thank you in advance for any advice or recommendation...even organization or law firms specializing in employment law would be appreciated as a starting point. Personal recommendation and experience would even be better. Thanks.

Regards,
M.

Zurich Bar Association offers a matching service, i.e. post your problem on the website and interested lawyers will offer their services. You can then choose which lawyer to go with based on their responses

Your friend could try the Labour Court. I went last week and although I had to wait nearly 3 hours as I turned up late they were really helpful. Is in German only (I took a friend who spoke German with me).

http://www.gerichte-zh.ch/organisati...sauskunft.html

Legal advice of the Labour Court
Hours:Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 08.30 bis 11.00 and 13.30 bis 16.00 clock
(No appointment necessary but it is expected there will be long waiting times)
Location:Zurich District Court, Labour Court, Wengistrasse 30, Ground Floor
(Telephone information on 044 248 28 45)
For whom? Maximum 12 people per half day.
In German only, please be accompanied by a German speaking person.
