working percent makes difference on bonus?

I have reduce my work to 60% last year and now wondering if my bonus will also be affacted by that ??

Yes, I would imagine that it will affect your bonus. People joining our firm has the bonus prorated, so I suspect if you are reducing your FTE, your bonus will also be adjusted. If you have a good boss, then he should do a fair allocation, based on other factors, not just your FTE.

Do you mean a real bonus or the 13th salary? Those two are often confused (maybe not by you, so sorry if I'm lecturing somebody in the know here).

13th salary: Does get adjusted, as you basically receive an additional monthly salary (usually gets prorated if you change working hours during the year).

Real Bonus: Entirely based on the contract you have.

I would expect so - maybe you will get the same %, just applied to a smaller base = less bonus.

I mean real bonus as I don't have 13th month salary.I do get 12months salary + bonus (which is not defined in my contract but it varies depends on market situation+ your performance)

I hope I will get my letter within a week so I will update if i get it reduced by 40% or not.......thanks a lot
