Credit Suisse is a Swiss top 10 employer. That speaks volumes.
I have never worked for SIX (so glad I spelt that right), so cannot comment.

I received a job offer from six-group roughly 2 years ago and six-group struck me as a well prganized place. The only thing that made me decline the offer was the career path and the salary. Aparently, there aren't/weren't as many possibilities to move up/elsewhere....something that I think CS got covered.

CS is rated as one of the best companies to work for in Switzerland
