Can I have 2 jobs in the same time

Bonjour everybody,
I will be a shareholder in one company in Switzerland and the company suppose to provide me with the work permit, but my question is after I get this work permit. will I be able to search for another job?
I will be just a shareholder and they don't expect me to do too much so I thought if I can find another job beside my busniess that would be greate. Looking for your advice folks.

Cheers,
Mido

No Mido, you cannot, your permit is tied to your job and the authorities are not idiots, quite often even shareholders don't get residence/work permits. You have to demonstrate a need for your presence as well as prove of salary payments on a level that justifies your job, meaning company directors get paid more than Chf 1.-- per month.

Doesn't it depend on the work permit type? If he gets an open B permit without any comments on it, then he can. For me it's too early to speak without seeing the work permit.

I still have the option to be a shareholder as well as they can hire me in this company as an Executive and then I should suppose to get a work permit right?
and if I got this work permit, Will I be able to work for another company?

Being a shareholder does not give you any work permit. Why should it?

You only can apply for a work permit for a specific job if you are a non-EU national. You will only get your permit if the employer can explain why there is no local or EU candidate able to do the job - and he has to show how he tried to find a local or EU candidate. "Because we pay too badly" is for example not a valid reason. Every time you change your job before you become a permanent resident (aka C permit) after some years will have the same high barriers. That's why it is not easy for non-EU people to not only find a suitable job, but also an employer who is willing to do the necessary paper work.

You are obviously trying to find a way around this - but honestly: There is no easy back door to sneak in. All information is already discussed in excess on this forum - try to search for it before asking more...
