Easy to find a job in Geneva ? Not so sure...
Hello everybody,
I'm a 27 years old russian citizen, married with a swiss. I'm in Geneva since last September and really start to think it's impossible to find a job here... I speak russian, english and learn french (I can communicate already). Previously, I was, during 3 years, an executive officier in a small russian company managed by a swiss guy. Before, I worked in differents sectors of activity, in Russia (Mining equipment, car selling...). I really don't think my CV is bad, but impossible to obtain, at least, an interview, for now!
I'm disappointed, my husband and some others people told me "with english and russian, you will find a job easily, especially in Geneva". I have the feeling nobody really want to hire a russian woman, they prefer swiss, french, german and so on.
My husband tries to help me, with networking and so on, but without any result. He works in IT, it's not my activity.
I think a lot of english speakers in Geneva who will read me here didn't have such problem to find a job, but any suggestions/advices??
Thank you for reading
