Re: Interview tips

For jobs I really want I buy a new item of clothing, even if it's just a tie or a shirt. Gives the confidence a kick.

Solid preparation is also important.

Think otherwise, you gonna recruit a maid. What presentation did you like?

I would like to present that i know the company, the team, the project, the city.

Motivation for first job or to move job. Why i chose the company and the position.

In a place with so much candidates to arrive and say:

Ok i am here for the money is not pleasant.
i am here because someone told me to come is not good.

For example i only apply for 1 or 2 jobs at each time. I want to know the company, why the position is open, who gonna interview me and so on.

I never prepare for an interview. I have done all before

Re: Interview tips

Thank you all for the useful advice,

I have been through 7 or 8 interviews in the last 3 month,
i just dont know what im doing wrong?
I preper questions, answers for the standard questions, i think i appear confident.
i just dont know what to think... can any one tell me how to become a fly on the wall?
i'll stay in the conference room, check out the sugar in the coffee corner.
serious question : is it okay to joke in an interview? (sales positions) ?

Are these interviews in German or English?

Are they customer facing jobs that require extremely good German/Swiss German?
