Looking for some guide related to my career

I'm a 17 years old fluent English spoken foreigner living in Switzerland and i plan to live here. I'm doing IB upcoming year but i was thinking about getting attached to a certain career such as UBS or La Poste where i could study and work at the same time and then just get promoted into that specific field but my problem is French i'm not that fluent in French but i plan to do courses so that i can strengthen my French. Now i need some advise if it is possible for me to be involved in banking before actually completing my IB?

Put on your banking hat and think "Would I employ a young man without qualifications in my trusted bank?"

Answer, probably not.

I hope you read your other correspondance before you send it out for the whole world to read.

I am sorry to be difficult, but real life IS like that.

They take on trainees out of school, that is about as low as they go.

Jim.
