Redundancy while being sick

Redundancy after while being sick
I have recently broken my hand, the day i handed in my doctors note there were 3 redundancies, but only 2 people received the notice! I am under the impression that i am the 3rd person.
My questions are:
Can they issue me with a redundancy notice while im signed of with a doctors note? If not:
Can they make me redundant even when i go back to work on 50 percent hours?
Also i have been told that a company can not issue me with a redundancy notice for 3 months after i return back to work on full hours, is this true?

As soon as your back at work 100% they can give you notice starting from the end of that month. If your ill again the notice gets extended.

Re: Redundancy while being sick

So what your saying is, if i went back to work on may 8th the redundancy would take effect from the end of may unless for some reason i happened to become sick again during may?

Your notice period would start at the end of the month.

But as your profile says you are in France, the rules might be a bit different to Switzerland if you are working there, too.
