hi all - I have a question about working as a nanny in Switzerland. Is really about how this works - either through an agency, OR is there a more direct way?

Agencies charge a fortune so could limit her chance of becoming employed, I would not use one again given how little they do for the fee. She also does not have to become a sole trader, she needs to become the employee of the people who give her a work contract. It is the responsibility of the employer to register her with for tax, the SVA etc.

So she finds an employer / family. They register her as their employee and it goes from there. Excellent, thanks!
