Hi everyone,

I have been working as a B permit holder (non EU) as a full time employee for more than three years. now i am looking for new job and want to find out if it is possible to open up a company myself (sarl) and working as a freelancer.

I understand if you have a b permit, the company have to employ me.
the questions are
1. can i create a company and employ myself?
2. if i get a job as a part time employee, is it possible to work at the same time as an independent freelancer with the company i created?

please help me understand. thanks a lot.

Firstly it would depend if your permit has any restrictions written on it...

As per my experience,you should check with service du emploie with reference to your b permit.They can tell you if you can work as an independent....
