I don't bother with online forms anymore. I just find a name and talk to them directly.

Most of them reply quickly and you know you can just ignore them if they don't reply after two emails.

Some even reply within minutes of receiving my email which is quite welcomed after having the experience of getting a "No, thanks" answer one year after the e-application.
