Salary info for IT guy (outsourcing)

Hi,

I am working as software engr (4 yrs experience) for a well-known company in Bangalore. I am awaiting telephonic interview for a project with a big bank in zurich next week... they told me it is a fixed salary (dont know how much as yet). If already anyone working in swiss bank as outsourcing employee, please guide me.
