Working in IBD

Any tips about the salary as a quantitative analyst of investment banking?
(I have one year experience as a quant&&PHD degree in Computer Science)

120k-200k, FX? Equities FI? that is for permies.

Right now, I am doing the option/future or combined-derivatives trading..probably will step into the fx in the future.
110k chf?
I can get roughly the same now(Sydney), so I doubt if it worth to move to Swiss. (In Wall Street, the guys get more).

110k chf is too low, here in ch quants do well in equity derivatives or FX, the latter is the most important IBD context here.
