You will probably find the normal green stalk kind, similar to most other places in a general grocery store vegetable section. Migro or Co-op are usually good. If you are looking for not just the stalks but the hearts, it might be a bit harder to find, but they are much better in fresh salads.

thank you for the link nannorcha.

I have an additional question, what netto amount can I expect after governmental tax (tax, pension fund). What percentage does this make up?

Don't expect much help.

Search the forum, and you might come up with something. Otherwise, it might be better to research within your profession rather than on a general forum like this. Your peers will have a better understanding of your skills and the demand for them. At least you won't have a language problem.

Alspal,

With the level of detail you have provided about your qualifications, skills and experience, it's impossible to give you a meaningful expectation concerning the salary range.

Provide some more information and we can help you.

Cheers

Re: Engineer salary

1. In the top right corner you will find a search field. As an engineer, I expect you to be able to type "salary" in there and click the search button. Read about it - all salary questions have been answered hundreds of times and people are fed up with new folks who are nothing but lazy... if you inform yourself and come back with detail questions that show that you made your homework, you will get great help here.

2. If you are allergic against search fields... just scroll down and you will see "similar threads" - many people asked the same before and you can simply read the answers there as well.

3. Welcome to the forum. If you behave smart, you'll have loads of fun and good info... if you don't, you better have a sense of humour.

Re: Engineer salary

101,348 CHF. The tax rate is 110%, so you'll need to pay about 845CHF to the canton each month.

Switserland has some crazy tax rates.
