There are very likely to be next to no farms in the country in which English is the spoken language (it isn't one of the official languages after all, and the stereotypical farmer isn't exactly the image of a jet-setting international).
No offence intended, but I would highly suggest re-visiting your own English before trying to work in it, especially exclusively.

You are wasting (everybody's) time here, and I am still not sure what you want.
If you want to learn German (which incidentally, you've marked up as a language you speak in your profile), go to German farm and "immerse" yourself to get better at it. Having someone speak English to you isn't going to help.
If you want to learn English go to a farm in the UK.

It can be every part of Switzerland but I need english speaking. | | | | | Here is a website with information: http://www.bergeinsatz.ch/de/mein_be...alle_einsaetze
(website is in German, but under "Sprache" you can choose "Englisch" to narrow the search)
and here is another list (a little more complicated to use as you have to read for yourself which languages they speak, but there are several English-speaking farms on that list) http://zapfig.com/wwoof/index_en.htm | The following 3 users would like to thank MathNut for this useful post: | |

You can also try looking for Woofing opportunities. Farms who take woofers usually speak English, it's the common language. http://zapfig.com/wwoof/
Very low tech. You'll need to send them a letter and they will send you a list of the available farms usually with listing of languages spoken.
Good luck... but please don't grab the cows. |

Are you looking for paid employment on an English-speaking farm? That's going to be hard (read: nearly impossible) to find.
