SAP position in St. Gallen

Hi all,

i lurked this forum since monthes, grabbing info about Zurich and Geneva IT job market because the great part of SAP job offers were/are located there but the Fate tooks joke of me and now i have a final, in place, interview for a job in... st Gallen.
I read all the info sticked in this forum, i made my calculation with http://www.lohncomputer.ch, i read all the Credit Swiss pdf report, i searched this forum with "gallen" keyword.

What i miss is an opinion from guys in touch with SAP job market in St. Gallen. Specifying "IT job" in automatica salary tools or in accurate report is not enough because as you know there's great salary difference between a web developing job or a SAP job or a Tibco one, etc etc.

Ok, i stop here the long and boring preamble, here's my question.

How much money and/or package should i ask ? I have a master degree, 4 years technical (devel. area) SAP experience in consulting firms and 2 of these years are related to the specific SAP tool (many tool in SAP world) for which i should be employed. The potential employer is a multinational firm (more than 18000 employed in all the world ) with a quite big internal and international IT division.

I was thinking to ask about 120K.

Thanks in advance.

Re: SAP position in St. Gallen

It does not seem unreasonably high to me. (I've been working in SAP in CH for 9 years).

Yeah i know, but what i badly need to grab at least the big picture is the combo informations about IT area (SAP) and Switzerland region (St. Gallen). I did not found nothing of useful or recent (2006 is another "age", speaking in term of salary).

Anyway thanks for answering me.
