I'm sorry if this was covered already. I tried doing a search regarding Swisslinx, but didn't find anything.

I was wondering if anyone has found a job through swisslinx.com. If so, how was your dealings with them. Any insight would be great. Thanks!

Swisslinx are one of the better recruitment agencies, you could do a lot worse that get a job via them.

I have scored a couple of good jobs through them. I have them to thank for my first job in Switzerland.

Same here, never had any issues with them, good parties as well

other half scored a job through them and they are an absolutely lovely agency to be honest.

No, I don't think they're related to linkedin. Companies can create linkedin profiles. I think that's what it is instead. I'm sure other companies have done the same. Puts them on the web, let's people research about the company.

Nope, not true for my current assignment. Theoretically if You knew the company You could negotiate directly with their HR, but being in Suisse, I doubt You have that unique skills that they would go for it instead of using proven agencies. Not worth the risks, hassle etc.

companies are trying to minimize costs.

The company should be more than happy to negotiate with you directly, and rather they should give you the extra 20%, and have a happy productive employee.

Yes that is theoretically true, but if it isn't some small family company, people in HR or project leaders have very little interest in cash flow to recruitment agencies. Sad but true

for hiring through them!
