| Sorry for the confusion. I'm assuming you are referring to this bit?
de vacances par année de service (art. 329a al. 1 CO). What I should have said is that the FAQ says nothing to confirm the other document (the one on 6 weeks vacation for everyone), which says that in Vaud the "Jours de vacances par année civile" are:5 semaines jusqu’à 59 ans;
6 semaines dès 60 ans Am I missing something here? Like the meaning of that table at the end of the 6 weeks document? It seems like I should be able to find the same information on the vd.ch website, don't you think? | |

The document posted by runningdeer is
a request to take the petition to a vote in order to change the the current law. I do not know if this petition came to a vote and if it did what were the results. I would imagine if the law were changed the federal website would list it as would the canton of Vaud site.
On the federal site & on the Vaud site it says over 20 = 4 week, under 20 = 5 weeks, unless part of a collective bargaining agreement or agreed to in your employment contract.
This is the research I have done for you. If you want to call up the cantonal employment services and ask for them clarify and/or ask the HR department.
Good luck!
