Prepare some good questions to ask.
Develop rapport with your interviewers.
Have some concrete examples of your experience that you will share to demonstrate the skill-sets and qualities they are looking for.

Be able to explain every point on your CV/Resume with examples. I write mine out ahead of time just to be sure I can explain it clearly. I also go through the job posting and try to match my background to what they are asking for, again with examples of past work.
Good Luck!

It's calculated on a monthly basis, so will often multiply up to an odd amount for a full year (which may, in some companies, include an extra 13th monthly payment at some point).

As you have given minimal details you might prefer to use the search function, this & what is a good salary are covered most weeks.

11 posts and nobody mentioned the "Search" button... something is wrong in EF today
seriously, check the cantonal website for taxes based on gross salary. there are many variables to consider for anybody to give you a concrete answer

1) learn about the company, from website, from friends, anything you can collect
2) prepare an answer to the question "why do you want to work for us"
3) do not lie about you, about your experience, etc
4) prepare 2/3 questions about the company and the position, e.g. which are the tasks / responsibilities, who are the people I will interact, share of women in the company, etc
5) prepare few practical expample related to your skills

Spend some time learning about the company, show a genuine interest for their business and try to consider how your expertise can bring an added value.
Simply ask yourself why they should hire you.
The rest will flow

Learn to read upside down writing so you can see what notes the interviewer scribbled about you on their copy of your CV.
That skill has saved me a few wasted hours, I can tell you.
