How to make a strong application when one knows what is being done in the job

Hey guys,

A friend of mine just found an advertisement for an Economist position at a big bank in Zurich. She believes that could be her "dream job" and has networked to find stuff that people produce working in that kind of position.

Still she is wondering how to make a strong CV and letter of application tailored to the job?

Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks.
