Kalli has no particular reputation at present
Re: Number and age of children on CV?

In the course I was sent on by the RAV, I was advised to put "2 children, child care is organised."

It seems you can't win. If you put you have no kids, they see young woman, might get pregnant. If you say you have kids, they tell you your kids need you at home

Christ, I'm surprised the Swiss don't require you to include on your CV the number of sexual partners you've had.
No kidding. If it's a low number, you're immediately disregarded. It probably means you're not willing to try new things and think out of the box.

the latest prospective employer told me he liked me and my CV but couldn't give me the part-time(!) job because he thinks my (teenage!) children need me 100% and he doesn't want to be second on my list of priorities
can I just say as well?

And no, I don't put info about having or lack of husband, kids, dogs, mother in law etc on my CV. None of the employers business, as long as I'm not planning to take the abovementioned with me to work.

Re: Number and age of children on CV?

if I took my mother in law on the job - now that would be a definitive unemployment guarantee
