Reg: LPP Payment

Hi,

I was deputed to work in France but my payments were handled in Swiss and I am a Indian. In my Pay slip I had monthly contributions like

Contribution AVS - 350 Euros
Contribution AC - 75 Euros
Contribution AF - 53 Euros

LPP - 250 Euros.

I was in France for 2 year with the same setup.

My employer had asked me to sign a document called AVIS de depart and they said my pension amount will be credited.

My few queries are :-

1. How do I know how much of money are accumulated in my pension account.
2. In the above contribution what all I would get back.
3. How long the whole process of refund will take.
4. Is there any way to check the status of the refund.
5. Is there any way to check my pension details online.

Thanks for your help.

Francis.

Re: Reg: LPP Payment

Probably some of the AVS, as 1/3 goes towards unemployment in addition to the AC payments.

The LPP should have a value of 12,000 both employer & employee pay 250 a month. You will have to ask for that directly with the pension provider.

Francis.
They are legally obliged to provide this information, if they don't report it immediatly to your AVS office. (normally if you threaten, within 24 hours your employer will come up with the necessary details)

If you are unhappy with the info provided, ask your AVS office
