Part time doing what?

The type of job you have, the skills you possess, will have the most significant effect on what you might be able to earn...

If you get a pt job at the university, there is a fixed rate for students with a BA of about CHF 34 an hour. You are only allowed to work 35%, but this is still a good wage and more than the average part-time job in the city. Elsewhere you could looking at about CHF 20/hr upwards depending on the skills you have for the particular job.

will the university part time be enough to cover up living expenses and rent... if not then is there any other way to earn more money like takeing up another part time job in the city for rest of the time.

How big is a hole?

for example... if you wanted to be a parttime cleaner then youd be looking around 20chf per hour...

Depends on what you want to do really ! :)

well probably looking forward to work in a office.... not as a cleaner something with more experience and good enough pay to cover up my living expenses.

I presume you will study at HSG where the workload is considerable, anything above a 35% isn't feasible if you take your studies seriously. And there is absolutely no guarantee that you can find a part time job quickly. So don't budget with that extra revenue. You should be able to cover the basic cost of living (apt, food) with your savings, and try to earn something more for your quality of life (eating, drinking out, travelling). There are thousands of foreign exchange students in Switzerland, and especially in St. Gallen (predominantly Germans who should have it much easier finding a job than you) so don't count on it.
