Choosing an agent

Hi,
I have an offer for a 6 month contract in Zurich, and need to 'choose an agent'. I have been working for this firm before; on a different 6 month contract. On both occasions, I did the networking to get the position, agencies not involved. On the first contract, the agent was mandated, but they are not on the current preferred list.

I am obviously after an agent who takes the least cut, since I just need them for payrolling purposes. I already organised my own permit renewal (L).

The preferred list is:
Adecco AG
BRINE SA
Elan Computing Schweiz AG
ERNI Consulting AG
Harvey Nash AG
Hays (Schweiz) AG
iET Information Engineering Techn. SA
IQ Plus AG
MBA Michael Bailey Associates AG
Randstad (Schweiz) AG (ex Talisman)
RMIT Professional Resources AG
Stamford Consultants AG

Obviously I need to call around, but is there any advice and experiences from the forum collective? I have done some googling here, and I now realise there are various options that need to be considered, eg, how accident insurance is charged, etc, but not enough detail, and probably needs an update for 2013.

I have to admit, reading a payslip still generally leaves me slightly confused! :-) Never really clear to me what they take out...

cheers,
Slay

Re: Choosing an agent

I had a good experience with RMIT. Very friendly people and explained all the components in detail. Gave me 3 options of Salary breakup with relevant details.
