I am trying to find out as many info as possible for my case.

I have been working for a company registered in Switzerland in one of their projects overseas (more specifically in Nigeria) for the past 3 years now.

1. Since I am not leaving/residing in Switzerland, will i be entitled to any of the unemployment benefits whenever my employer decides to terminate my contract?
2. What is the paperwork needed in order to receive benefits?

If you are not living in Switzerland, not paying taxes and more importantly no money into your unemployment insurance in Switzerland - why should the Swiss society pay you unemployment benefits?

Long story short: the answer is no.
