Employment termination

Hi everyone good afternoon

I would like to ask a quick question, I'm currently leaving my job, and my employeer is making the final calculations regarding the payment.

And my question is:

I have been here for 6 months, 3 of them were probation, and after those 3 months, they said I could get half of my gym paid, so 600CHF, since I passed the probation, and now I got a much better offer, and better work, and I could not refuse it, so I delivered the termination letter, and this will be my last month.

And basically from my monthly salary they were "removing" 200chf and then give it has bonus in the end of the year.

On the contract says that if one of each sides terminates the contract, the bonus will be paid calculating the number of months etc.

They have the right to deduct the money from the gym or?

You worked half a year, so you only get half an annual bonus.

I do know that, but my question is not about the "bonus" itself, but about the payment of 600chf they gave me, when I passed the probation time for the "gym", if they are able to deduct it on the total bonus?

What does it say in your contract??

They could argue that the 600chf is a contribution while you are fully employed (post probabtion) and you need to repay it on a pro-rata basis if you leave. After 3 months this would be 450chf.
