I intend to get to the truth of the matter with self funded independent research. All participants will be protected by confidentiality agreements and case studies will be used anonymously.

Why would someone get sacked?

.

OP, you're not planning to sue anyone, are you?

I've never heard any. ;)

Thank you for the winkle picking experience. Much appreciated!

That is the reason I have asked for people to PM rather than to share anything on the forum. This is an extremely sensitive topic.

Why do you feel the need to cast aspersions on my character or my research?

I have made an extremely neutral request.

I worked for Novartis through kelly services for 5 years and during that time they paid 70% of my wage in cash, gave me a massive bag of coke every week for the weekend and twice a year took me to Cannes where I razzed around on a speedboat with more prostitutes than you could shake a stick at.

Kelly Services should be employer of the decade if you ask me.

jewelinthecrown, please answer the following questions:
  1. Have you ever worked for Kelly Services or Novartis?
  2. Why are you conducting your own research into contractors at Novartis employed by Kelly Services?
  3. What do you intend to do with the information you hope to gather? You spoke earlier of developing case studies, but more recently about "a more open question".
  4. Why are you interested only in Kelly Services as a contracting agency, and not in the other suppliers to Novartis?
  5. Where and how do you plan to publish the results of your research?
  6. Please post here the "due process" you will undertake to guide your research.
That about covers it. Looking forward to helping you once these issues are sorted.

Frankly 22yards, I don't dictate how you do your work, self improvement, hobbies etc.

I am using the EF like thousands before to make contact.

I have a due process for all potential participants. If you are interested in participating please PM so that we may discuss in person.

Its amazing how many people can hide behind the laptop and be emboldened to say and do much they would not have the guts to do in person.

I'm willing to bet my 120k that he'd have the guts to ask you these questions in person.

For information purposes, it is part of a due process when undertaking research to declare any background which would bias the study.

Genuine concerns have been carefully considered.

At no point have I dictated to you how to do anything. Like many others on this thread, I've asked you for information so I can make an informed decision whether to divulge personal information in order to assist you with your request. At the moment, due to your inexplicable and obdurate obfuscation, I'm starting to lean just a teensy bit toward maybe not helping you.

And yes, I'd be quite comfortable explaining my reservations to you in person, if for some strange reason that made a difference to you.

Here's a plan: I PM you as you've requested, you inform me by return PM about your oft-repeated yet strangely mysterious (and rather exciting) "due process", then I post all the details of said due process here for all to see. How does that sound?

Yes, and your answers so far strongly indicate that you might have exactly such a background.

Some of you on this thread appear to be doing your best to discredit me because I have boundaries of how much information I am able to share over the forum and I wonder to what purpose.

If you wish to discuss the matter seriously given it is a serious topic, please PM.

Otherwise stop trying to sabotage a perfectly respectable piece of research.

Mikers, yours has been the best post so far in this thread for entertainment purposes.

If you can't be helpful at least be entertaining please.

Genuine concerns have been carefully considered.

Have you conducted any study before?

Ok, look, I asked questions but still no answers. Who are you doing this research for and will it be published?

As I told you, we have 10 years of experience with Novartis and Kelly group. We moved 4 times in 4 different countries. Like many in here who works for Novartis, I assume you'll get plenty of answers if you give us more details of this research.

I think it is only fair and a professional way to conduct a research.

My OH has worked for kellys at novartis she will be perfectly happy to meet you in person and ask you the same questions as everyone else has.

She is also likely to rip you apart and tear holes in your research project as she is a bit feisty...

Want her number to discuss?
