This is sabotage:

What is your position and credentials?

Why is your forum profile blank?

What are you hiding?

But you are asking people to tell you personal information - and by merely contacting you, fulfilling your selection criteria, they have given you personal information - with absolutely no indication why. As I said, looking at your posts, it seems that you want to discredit Novartis and/or Kelly and I can see why people want to know your motivation before committing themselves.

The fact that you've so far hidden your connection with Novartis and then glossed over it does not strike a positive note.

Dear Mirfield, you appear to be trying very hard to misrepresent what I have requested.

Dear Rob1, yes, please PM me regarding your OH. Thank you very much.

You do not wish to disclose why you are doing this research, you do not mention whether you are independent or working for one of those companies
nor any other reason why they should trust you?
Why not start for example with sharing your confidentiality agreement so people have an idea what they are in for?

Why would someone get sacked? .

Because you may not be who your purport to be. You could be an agent provocateur. Your lack of transparency on some fairly basic points does not inspire confidence that anyone can trust you with very sensitive data.

Your lack of understanding why people are wary, and your aggressive response to challenges compound this.

One route would be for you to show your credentials to a moderator - who could then declare that in his/her opinion it's all above board. That's what we require of journalists (in another forum) when they post requesting responses from our members.

No, I've watched as you avoid nearly every question put to you and presume that those asking questions might work for Kelly or Novartis.

You may have a great altruistic reason for your research, but as it stands, you look like you are anything but independant.

Have you ever worked at Novartis (directly or otherwise)?

Did you leave your employment there under negative circumstances?

Is your research aimed at casting either Novartis or Kelly in a negative light?

I think I can guess the answer to all of these, but if you choose to answer them here yourself then I'm happy to believe you with no further comment.

As I told you, we have 10 years of experience with Novartis and Kelly group. We moved 4 times in 4 different countries. Like many in here who works for Novartis, I assume you'll get plenty of answers if you give us more details of this research.

I think it is only fair and a professional way to conduct a research.

Well, I think I got my answer on the professionalism showed by th op

We apply the same process on EF with regard to journalists. Personally, I feel it should apply here too -- although, by now, the apprehension felt by our community has been very clearly communicated, so anyone choosing to deal with the OP does so at their own risk, fully informed of the dangers.

There is no predetermined answer or outcome to research, hence why it is called research.

I again remind anyone that is interested in participating to do so via a PM.

Its interesting to observe the pack mentality in this thread. Maybe a piece of research on internet forums next........ :msnnerd:

This isn't pack mentality, people just want to know the answers of the questions asked to you. Pretty simple task actually.

I get it that you can't disclose information that might bias your outcome.

But, what are your qualifications in undertaking this research. Have you done prior research in similar areas, are you trained in research methods? How close are you to the topic? Can you evaluate the results without prejudice?

I've done research requesting a sample here to test out a survey, and had neither problems nor flack in recruitment.

When you respond to concerns about your study with defensiveness and insults, it does not enhance your credibility.

This research strikes me as someone with an axe to grind. It is certainly not academic research.

So what is it?

Sorry for trolling you and all that.

Re: Research on experiences of employees contracted via Kelly Services at Novartis.

Its really interesting to note how negative some of our commentators are on this thread.

Why would you assume I have an axe to grind? Why would you assume the research is to have a negative outcome? Not me.

As I mentioned earlier, research is not predetermined with an outcome or answer. Lets see what the research says.

For the EFers who have been really supportive with their personal compliments, you know who you are :p
