I was sure that I sent my report with a bunch of letters last week but this morning I found it in the car (it must have fallen!) :-(
I drove there at 8am to drop the letter in person.
So which will be my penalty for sending it out of the 5 first days of the month??
Monday was last day. Dropped it today 7th at 8am.
They are not gonna pay me for a whole month? January has been paid so far. Penalty in February? :-(((

I would expect a 2/3 day penalty for this. Painful but not so bad.

I'm afraid the search function on EF is very poor! It's ok if you remember the exact thread title, but otherwise

It greatly depends on your consultant. If you will explain the reasons and it was the first time and your consultant is nice then you could agree for no penalty.
Try to agree sending the docs in electronic form with the signature - it makes the life much easier.

Regarding the penalty I have one example:

RAV Consultant once didn't get hard copies and after two weeks without any notification issued the penalty notice to ALK (1 week penalty). Finally documents were found at the reception of the same RAV office (they forgot to pass the package...). Of course we have received a lot of apologizes from all counterparties...

I was 2 days late and they fined me 25% of the cash for the month... and I was told I was lucky not to be fined 50%... mostly because I wrote a grovelling letter as quickly as possible to say I'd misunderstood 5th of the month and 5th working day....
Brace for some pain.
