Re: University's Grades are important for getting a Job?

Surely this is not Switzerland specific. It is the same everywhere, higher grades are (everything else being equal) better than just passed.

At the end of the day, the screening process for grad jobs is in first instance largely university and grade based (after of course who daddy knows)... Only at the interview stage can other things like personality count.

Sadly, most job interviews are not like the one in Suits...
