Hi All,
I have a technical question - in Switzerland, are the medical receptionists (at the local doctor's surgery) - nurses, or some other qualification.
I assume there is a specific job/qualification/role as at my local doctor "Hausdoktor" and also the kids Paediatrician, the staff who answer the phone also take blood, run tests, and triage the patients as well over the phone, and also give basic medical advice - so I assume they have some sort of specificl diploma or nursing qualification...
Is it the same as general nursing, or something else ?

thanks!
