Valid points and funnily did I never think about it as my experience was the exact opposite: I worked for international companies which always had an AG in Switzerland even if the office was small... As it is much easier to have one compared to for example Germany... Where they'd go for gmbh or even less even though they had hundreds of employees there and only a handful here.
The thing about a Swiss AG / SA is you can't see ownership, in most countries you can see who the share holders are.

Hi, you can directly open your einzelfirma through the website. And they will give you a certain amount of time (like 4 months) to have some customers or some products etc. Now I am in this stage

Setting up a GmbH was so easy and straightforward that I don't understand why people would do the Einzelfirma thing
In the UK it used to be (still is?) standard tax planning to start self-employed and offset the likely startup losses against your other income and then incorporate once you reach profitability.
Plus if the business is uncertain, you can test it out without sinking further costs for incorporating an entity.
