Swiss style CVs

Ive heard mention of Swiss style Cvs, is this another bureaucratic minefield or an urban myth? Does anyone have an example or template they may wish to share....also Ive heard rumours (you know what they say about rumours!) that if you are over 25 it is very hard to get a foot in the door.
Any help in this one would be appreciated, Hey Richard this might be one for you!
