Top headhunters (for 400-500k CHF minimum total package jobs)

Hello,


I am relatively new to Switzerland and the company I work for will soon be restructuring. I'll probably survive this round (as many before) but good luck always comes to an end sooner or later.


So I figured I'd update various headhunters who have me in their database (the usuals: Egon Zehnder, Heidrick, Spencer Stuart, Russell Reynolds, etc) but was curious about any more local firms in Switzerland who are not part of the big global ones - any advice?


I have found Nellen & Partners, Kennedy Fitch, but not much else.


Top headhunters (for 200-300k CHF jobs mininum)


I did see above thread but it is locked so figured I'd start a new one.


To be clear, looking for headhunters in the 300k+ CHF base salary bracket (i.e. short/long term bonus etc. all coming on top).


I am at 350k plus 65% bonus right now. Focused on roles in industry, not financial services.

I'm assuming Korn Ferry is on your radar.

That being said, they're called headhunters for a reason - they look for you, not the other way around. If you (and they) are worth their salt, they will find you.

Smaller/local companies can't compete on that level with the big ones.

And last but not least, your personal network will be even more important.

I've worked with these firms before - both to recruit people and to be recruited.


They are called headhunters as they look for the right person for the role. This does not mean they are perfect and all-knowing and it can make a difference if you ensure you are on their radar screen. Not just in their database, but also developing a good (mutually beneficial) personal relationship with the search consultants. It's a people business... and more is required than just "being good", especially when you are new in a country.
