Very likely I will get a job offer from a big pharma in Basel. The job title is Marketing Manager. I have degrees of Ph.D. and MBA, and over 4 years experience in the industry. What is the compensation package I should expect, including base salary and bonus, respectively?

In addition, I'm a Canadian citizen. Am I going to get any tax benefits or any special tax treatment?

There is no meaningful answer. What would you do it for? What's your salary in Canada? What's that factored by the exchange rate.

Look like the salary is not that high compared to the US. After tax, 130 K won't have much left. Maybe this is just the base salary level? Bonus would be additional 20-30%?
